		<description>Although I agree with German people to be much greener than French, they started recycling 20 years before the French, but I am not sure about the Chinese. 

I have visited China in 1991 and many times since then and what they did to cities like Shanghai or Beijing demonstrate avid business people ruining the environment with tall buildings and the level of pollution is so high it is sometimes difficult to breath.</description>
